- Washington’s only deficiency free Skilled Nursing Facility 2003-2008 as determined by the Washington Department of Social and Health Services annual survey.
- Recipient of the American Health Care Association 2005 Quality First Award, patterned after the Malcolm Baldridge Award.
- Recipient of Excellence in Action Award from the Research and Quality Management Organization, MyInnerView, based on 93% customer satisfaction rating. In Washington State there are only 4 facilities that were so honored.
