Executive Director, Mission Healthcare

Dell is the Executive Director for Mission Healthcare, overseeing the opening of Mission Healthcare at Renton while managing the redevelopment of Mission Healthcare at Bellevue. As a licensed healthcare administrator, Dell’s career includes acute and rehabilitative care, as well as the opening of new facilities, making him uniquely suited for his role with Mission Healthcare. As an RN, his expertise spans emergency room and intensive care units, assisted living communities, as well as skilled nursing and rehabilitative facilities.

Dell draws upon his diverse background to ensure we offer exceptional care within an exceptional environment, specifically designed to the unique needs of post-acute care patients. Whether discharged following surgery or a health event, Dell and his team will help you improve your range of motion, motor skills, balance, muscular control, and sensory perception – all with the goal of regaining your independence or as much independent mastery as possible.

Dell is also an avid gardener, enjoys the outdoors, and loves spending time with his wife, children, and their many grandchildren.

Roger JoiceRoger Joice

Director, Mission Healthcare at Bellevue

As a career leader in the healthcare community, Roger Joice is rewarded by knowing that his team makes a positive difference in the lives of our patients. His career, fully vested in skilled nursing, makes him uniquely suited for our work at Mission Healthcare at Bellevue, focused solely on short-term, skilled nursing and rehabilitation for post-acute care patients.

You will often find Roger consulting across disciplines or with partner organizations to ensure we deploy a cohesive, collaborative approach to patient care and care transitions. Whether therapy services, nursing, dietary, or activities, Roger’s teams ensure exceptional rehabilitative care that is focused on successful discharge to home or the next community of care.

Roger graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Walla Walla College in 1979. He has worked in the skilled nursing facility setting since that time, first in the business office, then earning his nursing home administrator’s license. Roger’s lifelong commitment to organizational quality and safety, as well as compassionate care, is reflected in exemplary facility surveys by governing bodies and stellar reviews by patients and loved ones.

“Recovery loves company,” he says, encouraging you and your loved ones to be active, integral members of the rehab therapy team.

When not working, Roger enjoys traveling with his spouse, Susan, camping and riding bicycles.

Heather Bills, RNHeather Bills, RN

Director of Nursing, Mission Healthcare at Renton

Heather is an integral leader in the Mission Healthcare organization and representative of our commitment to developing burgeoning talent. First serving as a nurse, then later the Director of Nursing for Mission Healthcare at Bellevue, Heather provides calm and decisive leadership to our rehabilitation and nursing team.

Her years of expertise at the bedside is strengthened through continuing education. Heather is certified by the Wound Care Education Institute, and serves as a resource for our staff when dealing with complex wounds and nursing procedures.

Heather and her team are nimble, serving a wide variety of patients. She and her team provide exceptional, compassionate care, from those in rapid recovery and post-surgery to those who require nursing until their next level of care can be determined, whether long-term, skilled nursing care or adaptive home care.

When she is not leading the nursing team at Mission Healthcare at Renton, Heather enjoys spending time cooking and exploring the outdoors with her husband and two children.

Sheryl Morris Sheryl Morris

Director of Nursing, Mission Healthcare at Bellevue

Sheryl joined our team in August 2018 and made an immediate positive contribution to our quality and safety programs unique to the short-stay, post-acute rehab setting. 

Sheryl is a welcomed addition to the Mission Healthcare organization. She brings more than 30 years of nursing experience, with the last 25 years as a Direct or Nursing and a Regional Director of Clinical Operations. Her specific expertise at the bedside supports and provides education to all of our caregiving team. 

Sheryl and her team provide exceptional, compassionate care, from those in rapid recovery and post-surgery to those who require nursing until their next level of care can be determined, whether long-term, skilled nursing care or adaptive home care.

When she is not leading the nursing team at Mission Healthcare at Bellevue, Sheryl enjoys spending time with her family, watching professional hockey and football, and is an avid reader.
